The chipmaker's market value has skyrocketed by more than $2 trillion year-to-date and its share price has rallied by 174%.
5 years ago, Nvidia was not even included among the top 20 companies. During this time, its stock price has rallied by a jaw-dropping 3468%. By comparison, Microsoft and Apple have seen 246% and 348% gains.
